What is MIP?
Malir Industrial Park is PEZDMC’s landmark project in Karachi. Strategically located at the eastern gateway to the city, the park is designed for SMEs and large enterprises in sectors such as engineering, food processing, packaging, logistics and light manufacturing.
MIP provides ready-to-build plots, a secure environment and modern facilities tailored to industrial needs, ensuring a purpose-built industrial ecosystem with world-class infrastructure.
