What is Malir Industrial Park?
Malir Industrial Park is a landmark industrial development project under PEZDMC, planned to create a modern, secure, and investment-ready industrial ecosystem in Karachi.
Strategically positioned to support SMEs, large enterprises, manufacturers, logistics operators, and service-based industries, MIP is designed to provide ready-to-build plots, reliable infrastructure, organized zoning, and streamlined investor facilitation.

MIP is planned to be developed in five structured phases, with each phase supporting essential industrial infrastructure such as internal roads, drainage, utilities, power planning, ICT connectivity, waste-management systems, and investor support services.
